What does motivation even mean?
We asked motivational speakers to talk about their best practices for motivating and giving back to others.
In this video, Bob Stuckey, who has been an ESPN broadcaster since the 1970s, breaks down how to harness the power of your passion for the game and inspire others.
Bob Stuckeys motivational quote: It’s hard to motivate people, but it is really easy to create a personal connection with them.
When you’re a kid, you had no idea what your favorite toy was, and you would play it until you were bored.
That’s the motivation to keep going.
It’s not a lot of money, but you can make a real difference in someone’s life.
When I was doing my first job at ESPN, I didn’t have enough money to buy myself a car, so I started doing some yard work.
That was when I realized that yard work was a great way to get people to care about my work.
It gave me the opportunity to work on some projects that would have never happened otherwise.
It allowed me to show off my work and build a relationship with people, and I would show them that I was going to be the best person in the world.
You’ve got to have passion.
You can’t just be motivated by money.
I believe that passion can be something you can give back to the community, to your teammates and to the team.
You have to have that.
You just have to work.
I think that the best motivators are the people who have that passion.
So you can be a great motivator, and if you’re passionate about something, it’s not hard to get there.
You need to have a vision.
You’re the only person who can give that vision.
If you’re not passionate about it, you don’t have a clue what to do with your time.
You get bored, and then you start to look for ways to make money.
So I think it’s really important to look at the job that you want to do.
You really can’t sit back and say, I’m not going to do this, I don’t want to work here.
I can’t do this job.
I’m going to work for the NFL, I’ll do this for the Yankees, I might work for this company.
You got to be focused, and it’s a hard job to be passionate about.
Bob Stucckey motivational quote in 5 words: I’m an engineer.
I work on airplanes, but I love cars.
I’ve always had an engineering background.
I love doing things.
I just love doing them.
It just gets me pumped up.
And when you’re motivated, you know what to expect.
You know what your job is going to look like.
You want to be there to work every day.
You don’t like being out of work, so you’re going to go home and get a job.
You love doing it, and when you do that, you’ll feel better about yourself.
You’ll know when you have a good day.
That will help you to get your life back on track.
And you’ll know how to motivate yourself to get to work again.
I know that I’m doing it because I love it, but that’s what drives me.
That motivates me.
