You don’t need to become an expert at all things.
You only need to master the basics.
When you’re learning a new skill, it helps to practice and get practice feedback.
You learn how well you do, and what you learn is the foundation for your future success.
If you’ve never been a successful teacher, you probably don’t understand why success is such a hard thing to achieve.
It requires persistence, discipline, persistence, and discipline.
Failure is hard to come by, and success is easier to come about.
There are also plenty of ways to be successful at what we do.

The first thing you need is a strong foundation in the things that matter to you.
The other two are about your goals, and how you can make the most of what you have.
